Grumble, grumble (Italian translation: brontolare, brontolare...). We lost by ONE point. And it apparently was the archery score that sealed our fate. Auguri to del Borgo for their win! This afternoon is the corteo, an intense medieval parade where all 3 riones strut their stuff and declare a close to the week long festa. Today we are in the midst of a heat wave, and I am desperately hoping that I will be a peasant, instead of nobilita', thereby forgoing multiple layers of vestiti. Wish me luck.
