Wine Philosopher: Paolo Rodaro – AROMA CUCINA
The man has what to say about wine, and he keeps it simple and concise, because his wines rock! Rodaro is a vineyard in Friuli, so of course, his whites are amazing, but his reds were most surprising, especially to an audience of Umbrian residents, where reds generally rule.
